Linen, Towels and Cleaning
Bed linen and towels are always provided. Washcloths (face flannels) are only provided on request.There is no daily or weekly cleaning service but if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will arrange a suitable time with you to change the linen and clean the apartment.

Parking
Metered spaces in nearby streets or 24-hour car-park on Castle Terrace. Motorbike and scooter parking is free in the designated spaces in nearby streets.

Pay-Phone
There is a landline telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and free calls to emergency services and freephone numbers. Other outgoing calls require a credit or debit card, or a Phonecard (available from the Post Office).

Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed in this apartment.

Steps/Stairs
although on the 4th floor, the apartment is reached by just 2 short flights of stairs 20 steps in total) as the main entrance to the apartment block is on the 3rd floor, which is at street level.

Wi-Fi Internet Access
Provided free of charge for reasonable use - approximately 2.5GB usage per week. Laptops need to be Wi-Fi enabled. The network and password details are provided in the apartment.
