nights is the minimum let, except over the New Year period when
7 nights is the minimum let.

Directions
will be sent to you after the full balance has been paid.
They
include directions for arriving by plane, train, car or on foot!

Access
to an apartment can be from 3pm onwards, and departure time is
by 10am.
We are happy to arrange different times for you, if
possible.

Keys
can be sent to you in advance so you can let yourself in on arrival,
or
we can arrange to meet you at the apartment to give you the keys
(daytime arrival preferred if we are meeting you).

- 30%
deposit is due on booking and 70% balance
is due 1 month before arrival. When there is less than
1 month before arrival the full balance is due on booking.
- Late
Availability Discount: 20%
discount is given on bookings made less
than 3 weeks in advance
(i.e. up to 20 days before the arrival
date). Full balance is due on booking.
- We
accept: Visa, Mastercard,
JCB, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch, cheques
from UK banks and
bank transfers.
Some international
bank transfers will charge
a fee to send money to the UK. (SEPA transfers from participating
banks in the Single Euro Payment Area are free.)
- If
paying by Cheque or Bank Transfer
your booking
is "provisional" until
payment is received.

contact us by email or phone.

Book
online using our secure "booking request" form and you
will automatically receive a Booking Summary by return email so
you can check the details.
Your booking will then be processed
and an email sent to confirm it.

Or you can book
by phone, fax, or post. If faxing or posting you can print out a Booking
Form to send us your details on, but please contact us by email
or phone first so we can reserve your dates!
