1-bedroom, 2nd floor flat located on a quiet street just a couple of minutes walk from the west end of Princes Street.
Close to the International Conference Centre and many city-centre attractions, it makes the perfect base for a visit to Edinburgh.

Dining table and 2 chairs, sofa (single sofa-bed), armchair and footstool, TV / DVD + Freeview channels. Books, DVDs, CDs and games. Large glass doors to small balcony at back of property.

Kitchen (open-plan from living-room)
Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, combined washer-dryer, fridge (with small freezer compartment), kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils. Central heating combi-boiler (gas). Window to front.

Bedroom
Double bed, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, hairdryer, CD/cassette player and radio, bookcase. Books, CDs and Tourist Information. Window to front.

Bathroom
Bath, electric shower over bath, toilet, wash-hand basin, dual-voltage shaver socket. Window to back.

Throughout apartment:  gas-fired central-heating. Also provided: iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

Linen, Towels and Cleaning
Bed linen and towels are always provided. Washcloths (face flannels) are only provided on request.There is no daily or weekly cleaning service but if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will arrange a suitable time with you to change the linen and clean the apartment.

Parking
Metered spaces in nearby streets or 24-hour car-parks at the Sheraton Grand or Castle Terrace. Motorbike and scooter parking is free in the designated spaces in nearby streets.

Pay-Phone
There is a landline telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and free calls to emergency services and freephone numbers. Other outgoing calls require a credit or debit card, or a Phonecard (available from the Post Office).

Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed in this apartment.

*Smoking
The apartment is NON-SMOKING, but smoking is permitted outside on the balcony.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and there are approximately 30 steps up to the apartment.

Wi-Fi Internet Access
Provided by a "Mi-Fi" mobile device with network name and password details included. This service is free of charge for reasonable use - approximately 1GB per week. Laptops need to be Wi-Fi enabled.
