Close to the Royal Mile and the city-centre, this apartment makes an ideal base for both sight-seeing and business trips.

Bed linen and towels are always provided. Washcloths (face flannels) are only provided on request.There is no daily or weekly cleaning service but if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will arrange a suitable time with you to change the linen and clean the apartment.Parking Area
The apartment block has a parking area on the ground floor of the building.
One parking space is allocated to the apartment. It is a "medium-sized" space so extra-large cars or vans may not fit in! Please tell us if you wish to use the car park as we will provide you with the electronic fob to open the gate.Pay-Phone
There is a landline telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and free calls to emergency services and freephone numbers. Other outgoing calls require a credit or debit card, or a Phonecard (available from the Post Office).Pets
