ANOTHER ARC APARTMENT

This accommodation is next door to one of our other self-catering properties (The Arc Apartment), making it very convenient if you require two separate apartments that are close together.

It is a 1-bedroom apartment with the benefit of a double sofa-bed in the living-room area. There is also a lift, free parking and free Wi-Fi internet access.

The apartment has a great view to Arthur's Seat from the front and a view to Calton Hill and the Old Town from the back. Close to the Royal Mile and the city-centre, this apartment makes an ideal base for both sight-seeing and business trips.

Living room/dining room
2 sofas (one is a double sofa-bed),TV + Freeview channels, Wi-Fi internet access, CD/cassette player and radio, dining table and chairs, books, games and CDs. View south-east to Arthur's Seat and Holyrood Park.

Kitchen (open-plan from living-room)
Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, combined washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils.

Bedroom
Kingsize bed (U.S. queensize), built-in wardrobes, hairdryer. View north-west to Calton Hill and Edinburgh Old Town.

Shower-room
Shower, toilet, wash-hand basin.

Bath, toilet, wash-hand basin.

Throughout apartment    Double-glazed windows, electric heating.

Lift/Elevator
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and can be reached by lift or stairs.

Linen, Towels and Cleaning
Bed linen and towels are always provided. Washcloths (face flannels) are only provided on request.There is no daily or weekly cleaning service but if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will arrange a suitable time with you to change the linen and clean the apartment.

Parking Area
The apartment block has a parking area on the ground floor of the building.
One parking space is allocated to the apartment. It is a "medium-sized" space so extra-large cars or vans may not fit in! Please tell us if you wish to use the car park as we will provide you with the electronic fob to open the gate.

Pay-Phone
There is a landline telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and free calls to emergency services and freephone numbers. Other outgoing calls require a credit or debit card, or a Phonecard (available from the Post Office).

Pets
No pets allowed.

Smoking
No smoking allowed.

VisitScotland Star Rating
Due to only having a 6-month availability period we have not sought a VisitScotland rating, but it is the same high standard of accommodation as The Arc Apartment next door, which has a 4-star rating.

Wi-Fi Internet Access
Provided free of charge for reasonable use - approximately 1GB usage per week. Laptops need to be Wi-Fi enabled. Network and password details are provided in the apartment.
